Presuming your CD-rom drive is ID 3 (as it comes from the factory) do 
this...

set the 1060s drive to have a jumper on E1, setting SCSI ID 1, set the 
1080s to jumper ID 2, which sets it to ID 3. These should be the only ID 
jumpers installed.

Put the 1080S on the end of the cable, (the top drive bay, iirc) and 
leave the termination resitors on. The 1060s can go in the bottom bay.

Jumpers e6, e8, and e5 Should be *off* on the 1060s.

That ought to do it. The kicker is if the CD-Rom ID is different, which 
I doubt, if the machine hasn't been messed with. Run SCSIProbe before 
you mess with it to be sure of the ID's of any devices.

Also, this presumes no external devices, which share this bus on the 
7200. Again, SCSIProbe is your friend. Use it to determine the ID's of 
all devices on the bus.
