Not particularly low priced..
However Belkin do a good KVM switch, however it is PC only as shipped and
you have to buy adapters for using it with a Mac (or Sun), then if you wish,
you can use PC keyboard & mouse with your Mac's.
Ben.

NB if you are not doing anything intensive with 3 of the Mac's (i.e. using
them as print servers etc) you can just use VNC to remotely access them from
the one with the monitor etc, you may need to fool the Mac's into thinking
that they have monitors connected (I use a Pc monitor adapter as it sets the
sense lines so the Mac thinks a monitor is connected).
VNC is free and multi-platform (Mac/PC/Sun/Newton/Palm etc) and can be got
from http://www.realvnc.com
