Dr Bott made one in the past along with some other companies in both 2 and 4
port. Remember ADB macs are no longer manufactured so most likely no one is
still making ADB KVM's any longer, however they might have old stock......

I have an unmarked 4 port KVM box but the connectors are all for mac monitors,
so you would need a converter.

I also have 2 - 3 port KVM switches from CompuCable Manufacturing Group. They
state they require a monitor that will do 1026x768 for set up. These have both
a mac and vga port for output....... I have found both of these and the
unmarked KVM to be temperamental when changing from machine to machine with the
keyboard or mouse not responding correctly, I then switch tack and forth to
another machine and it will work again correctly......... very strange, but a
problem I can live with if I can remove a bunch of Kbds & Monitors.......

I also have an 8 port Black Box KVM I got off ebay for cheap...... I do see
that BB is still selling this unit for about $350.......

I am working on switching a few over to it, and might be parting with some of
the other units in the future.......

All these units I found on eBay, but I did have to wait some months before they
appeared, some ADB KVM's sold for over $100 which I was not willing to spend so
I had to pass on some that showed up too, making my wait even longer.......
seems people are not parting with them the way PS/2 KVM's show up on
eBay........
