We can't just put a G4/800 ZIF in and get more than our max 9x. (it will still give a max of 450 MHZ) There is some sort of doubler support circuitry used to make the 18x speeds. I haven't seen a ZIF carrier come out yet that can do it, but I'm hoping that someone is working on one now. Hint hint!! XLR8 or Newer or?
