Since your machine is a stock G3 (came with a G3 chip on the board), 
all you have to do is boot from your Mac OS X CD and when the installer 
asks you, choose the partition you wish to install it on. Good score on 
the G3 MT, that is a good and expandable computer. My advice: get a 
Radeon 7000 PCI and a G3/800 ZIF upgrade...that will give you a massive 
performance boost.
