Full height = 3-1/8" = 3.1250" (precisely)
Half height = 1-9/16" = 1.5626" (precisely), but 1.6000" (approximately)
Third height = 1-1/24" = 1.0417" (approximately), but 1.0000" (precisely)

So, half height is really half height, but "third height" is really 1" high.
