Increasingly I'm running across websites that I need/want
to read which are totally illegible due to small type.

I am running OS8.6 with Netscape 4.78--there is selection in
the View menu that says "Increase font size" but this has
no effect.
I'm using a ViewSonic 19" monitor with 1024x768 selected--
changing the monitor settings doesn't help.

As an example, this site is just about totally unreadable:
<http://www.handspring.com> and they are supposedly Mac-friendly!

Any help or suggestions welcome.
TIA,
Anna
