9500 and 9600 have a PCI video card and no VRAM slots at all. The other machine, with the sole exception of the 7200, have four slots, and require installation of VRAM in pairs of sticks. The 7200 has only three slots as it has 1 meg soldered to the motherboard, so you may install one VRAM stick or three VRAM sticks.
