Sounds like the program was started while other processers where running. Try using the undo file that should have been made and placed hopefully on a different drive to the one you where working on. You've probably already tried with the extensions off. Do you have the log of the fixes you performed, anything wierd there rather than the usual bundle bits and creation dates?
