Fast, but I like Chimera (recently renamed to Camino for legal reasons) better <http://www.mozilla.org/projects/camino/> . That's the cocoa-ized version of the Gecko layout engine (the underlying browser code for Mozilla/Netscape) and it's *fast*, and, imo, more full featured than Safari.
