It'd be neat to live where he lives, in the Land Where Hard Drives Never
Die. Book my flight.

My housemate got three DOAs in a row from CompUSA last year.

Heck, I've gotten entire crates of hard drives - all DOA.

I got about a half dozen used hard drives in a box off ebay a couple years
ago: "untested". I think that means "broke". Lesson: never buy a used hard
drive without a money back guarantee, unless it's from somebody on the swap
list. All the swappers selling working stuff, at least so far.
