Apparently I'm not receiving the bulk of messages now being distributed on the PCI Mac list. I didn't receive my original post to this thread, nor the one questioning Pagoo. All I've received is the Derf/Fred response to the Pagoo question....

So, if anyone has helped, I'm afraid that help was in vain: I've not received any email response to any of my questions. But looking up the Pagoo problem from the Pagoo 4.0 application, I saw that it preferred virtual memory, and it preferred (for reasons unknown to me) to be on something other than the start-up disk. So I complied, added some VM, moved Pagoo 4.0, and now it is working great! Now: should I use RamDoubler 8.0 w/OS 9.0.4? Or no? Second: how does one control the memory check feature in a PCI Mac, using OS 9.0.4 or similar? - t "I junk all emails that aren't ASCII." -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
