The Apple CD extension that is part of your OS will be the most recent. In OS 9.1 it is Apple CD/DVD Driver, version 1.4.3. Whichever version you have in your OS will run it fine, but I can attach a copy of mine to an email off list if you'd like to try it. (It's 120K in size.)
