The 3:1 and 2:1 are the ratios between the processor speed, as given after "G3/", and 
the speed of the special bus that connects the backside cache to the processor. Of the 
three cards you listed, the backside cache bus speeds will be  133 MHz, 200 MHz and 
225 MHz, respectively.

Also, although I have no personal experience on which to base a comparison (I'm using 
the last of the three and have never tried any others), it's generally said that 
there's a big difference between a 512k backside cache and a 1 MB one. For both 
reasons (cache size and cache speed) you should rule out the first one you listed 
unless you get a better price than $95 on it. The choice between the last two is an 
obvious speed/price tradeoff, so you can decide how much an extra  10% (or so ) speed 
boost is worth to you.

BTW, I am not a Photoshop user, but I understand that it's one of the programs that 
make good use of the multiprocessing capabilities of the G4 processor. You should 
probably look into it before settling for a G3.
