You should be able to get the drivers on Logitech's web site. (They
bought out the QuickCam from Connectix several years ago.)

The one plug is correct. It is supposed to pull power from the serial
port. That should work fine for your 7600 (I've used one on a 7500.)
Some PowerBooks (500 series and later) do not have enough voltage at the
serial port, though and for that Connectix made a passthough plug which
would pull power from the ADB port. (The Color QuickCam has an ADB plug
and a serial plug.) Unfortunately, I have no idea where one of those
adapters could be found.
