I can't tell you how delighted I am to hear this news! :-/

I tried removing ATM and no luck.

The font problem is a good guess as I ran into this before, but
nope--Font Mgr is installed and I ran Alsoft's "FOND Fixer" just
to check in case corruption had gotten in. No luck.

After that, I tried everything else, including replacing
the System file and installing Acrobat fresh. No luck, so
I turned off all extensions except 8.6's and guess what--
horrors, it's an extension conflict.

I didn't suspect this because Acrobat worked fine on my system for
3 days and I really don't think I've changed a thing. I really
don't relish an evening with Conflict Catcher!!!

Does anyone know what Acrobat might be allergic to?
Thanks,
Anna
