You need the Apple CD driver, to get the drive to work. You will most likely need the ISO 9660 File Access extension to read a PC/Linux disk. If the files are indeed just binary they should be useable one the become mounted and accessible to the MacOS. If they have been encoded in MacBinary, then MacBinary is the smallest simplest application to deal with the files. StuffIt Expander is larger but will handle that format as well. If the files have been changed into .bin format on a platform other than the Mac, then the resource and data forks are probably not combined in a way that will make the files ever useful on a Mac. The 7300 shipped with System 7.5.5 which is available as downloads from Apple and free.
