Thank you for your comment. The number, which is hexadecimal, after the # is the Hex Number Key and this maximum of 16 digits number effectively extends your existing mail box into as many partitions as you wish to use.
So your Inbox/family and inbox/business and inbox/pending are all just partitions of the existing email account you always had, except, if the number after the # does not match, then the email is bounced back to the SPAMmers. As you know, we have all been encouraged to report SPAM servers, but they change addresses as fast as we report them with little or no productive result.
