I've read on several lists that the Radeon 7000 is a good card for upgrading

What are some other possibilities for video on my 7500 G3?
All was fine until recently when it developed a vertical line that tracks my
cursor. I'm not a gamer I just have basic needs and want to run OS X.
Thanks for your help!
