My Belkin FireWire card (three external ports, one internal port shares with 
one of the external ports) shows the same values.

Sadly, when I plugged a 60 GB drive attached to an Oxford 911 FireWire case, 
the drive would show up as an 8 GB drive, no matter what I did.

And, I usually had to hand mount the drive.

I'm using 9.2.1, which already has all the FireWire functionality built into 
the MacOS, and this card was one which was marked as suitable for either 
Windoze or MacOS.

I believe those values ... pci104c, 8010; vendor Code 104c ... come from the 
TI chipset on the card, not from the card itself.
