So whatdoyerwannaknow? Done this and if I can help? Mail me off list. btw, in case this is useful to anyone, if you have a real lot of pics then it is a great time saver to use eg. PS 6s facility to generate all the code folders etc. You then can go over the files with something like BBEdit Lite and use grep patterns etc to clean it up, make it simpler, reorganise it en masse. These built in functions in PS and Firewire make things like thumbnail pages and links and do save a lot of time - I know, I am a great fan (or dope?) of hand-made stuff but there are limits to everything!
