Best source for me is from any Mac with a "manual inject" drive (one with the little black flipper door inside the slot). Or, unless you have a real reason to believe it is really toast and not just dirty or needing a bit of lubriction, go to www.macfaq.org and locate the directions for cleaning the drive.
