If you are online with it right now, nothing is missing. Everything you need to connect to the internet is already there; you have Remote Access CP which uses (for dialup) PPP or (for cable and networking) Ethernet DHCP found in the TCP/IP control panel. You would not likely be using the ancient MacPPP with that system. What you need to do is install the server they suggested then connect. Then you can start playing with your email.
