If *that* is the case then it's definitely *not* QT, but something else you are running; hence the advice to test it via Mac OS Base or Mac OS All, then do the extensions limbo until you find the conflict.
Yeah, that's the usual drill for this. But I am sure it os QT , nothing else at all was changed since late Sunday. In the past it has been the QT -Java stuff so that is where I will start. Followed by the .jpeg extension. I was naive enough to think that Apple would not saddle us with this again.
