If you have a "from the factory" 6360, it has a "single height" PCI riser 
already installed on the logic board.

According to the tech reference manual:

Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) on Performa 6360:
One internal expansion slot supporting 6.88-inch PCI expansion
cards.

>From the dimensions of the case and internal structures, I don't see how 
you would squeeze a 12" card inside the thing.
