Surely a bit OT. In the links on your navigation left put in target="name of
your right frame". As for the "brushed metal and bevel and emboss effect",
this is made up of gifs and you need to put them into the code of the target
frames. Not just a simple matter. Any further things, contact me off list -
but please only after you have read html tutes and written some html code as
practice (you will get into endless trouble with these auto html generators
if you don't ...)
