Yep, that's the one.  9v/500mA output with center +, 120v/60hz/11VA input. GV's
P/N 43-1125, Model # CX09V500.

Be advised that if you stumble across the power supply for an older GV, like
the Teleport Gold 28k, the modem and adapter use the same cases, but the power
supply wasn't rated for as high a current.  (9v and I believe 400mA) It might
work, but you would be putting a real strain on the power supply and could
eventually damage your modem.
