Actually MacWorld did an article on making your Wintel look like a Mac
(moving the toolbar menu to the top and turning "Start" into an Apple
menu) and I think they addressed the opposite in the same issue.  You
might try their website and look in their archives.

There could be advantages to making your Mac look like Windows: ie.
your IT guy doesn't give you as much trouble.  Been in that situation
before...
