This may not be what you're after, because I couldn't find any reference to OS 10 
compatability. It may only support up to OS 9.1.

http://www.kaleidoscope.net/schemes/osschemes.shtml shows some schemes that change the 
desktop to look like other OS's I use the Windows 95 and 98 schemes in a couple of of 
my workstations just to drive WIndows users crazy. It
looks like their PC desktop, but works like a Mac!!! ;-)
