I work at a place that has 2 of these printers. Both of them print 3 fairly dark lines across each page.
I replaced the (very expensive Apple) toner cartride in one of them. That made the lines very faint. And they go away after a page or two. But they came back if you don't print for a couple of hours.
It needs a through cleaning and maintenance...
