installing new SCSI drive

I got a slightly used hard drive off the swap list. It came with a 68-50 
pin adapter, really nice one, too. It takes up a minimum of space, and 
has active termination built-in. One small problem, though: I can't 
figure out how to use the jumpers!

Here's what it looks like:

a small, 50 pin male to 68 pin male adapter, on a PCB card. It has three 
IC's on the 68 pin socket side. The markings on it are:

Chips: MP5115
            CD
            935BGC
They are marked "U1", "U3", "U2"
Below them is the number silkscreened:  880-0056 REV B00

The 50 pin side has these markings:

A 4 pin jumper block on the extreme right side labelled "JP1" and 
"Termination Disable" just above the jumper block.
In the lower left corner is: Little logo that says "Key Circuit" and just
below that, "V0 DSSS 1099"

It has no other markings.

Can someone tell me the jumper settings for this device? Or point me to 
an online source where I can find them?

I am also in need of as much info as I can get regarding the various 
jumper settings on a SCSI 68 pin LVD hard drive. When and why to enable 
termination power, spin delay, stagger delay, force SE mode, and the 
like.
