Audio stuttering is an issue with (all) PCI ATA cards including my SIIG
Ultra ATA-133. But if I connect the same IDE drive to an Acard ARS-2000
 SCSI bridge stuttering disappears.

But wouldn't the stuttering also occur when I play it back on the computer? It works fine playing it back on the 9500. It only stutters when I export it.

IMHO this are to different stutters, the ATA stutters only appear on some of theese machines - I had a 7500 that stuttered but another 8600, 7300, 7500 did not, with the same disk and ATAcard, the stuttering is only when playing from the IDE disk, or when the IDE disk is harbouring the player program, not from the scsi disks.
