iCab sure does make it fun to try to retrieve files, doesn't it. (of course
Netscape can require opening everything in a hunt for a specific file as well.
Sometimes the last file seen will be the last file listed, but not always.)
I've never been able to figure out their system either. The iCab Cache seems
to operate like Netscape's Cache Log. It is used as a sort of master directory
to control the cached files and how they are saved and accessed. Of no use that
I've been able to find for locating specific files unfortunately. I have no
idea about CacheBusy unless it is some sort of patch put in to keep multiple
files from trying to fill a particular cache location at the same time. (Just a
wild guess extrapolating from the file name.)

I've tried everything from double clicking the IE .waf file to trying to look
at it in ResEdit. It seems to be that IE takes a 10 Meg reserved area for it's
use and uses some type of MS (normal for MS crud) propietary system for
redisplaying.
