He's looking for a NuBus TV Tuner card to use in an old PowerMac as a desktop TV next to his other monitors.

---Begin Text---
My requirements of a NuBus TV tuner card:

(1) Must be cable-ready with a coax input and a tuner (i.e. not just a video capture card with RCA inputs).

(2) Must support audio playthrough or headphone out.

(3) Must be able to display full-screen at 640x480x24bpp at a full ~30fps.

(4) Must work on a PowerMac 7100/66 with 72MB of RAM or somewhere thereabouts, running on some operating system that works on the 7100/66 (anywhere from System 7.1.2 through Mac OS 9.1).

That's it. Capture isn't necessary, RCA inputs aren't necessary, stereo isn't necessary, etc. Just bare-bones TV.

Any help leads bargains will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
