Yes, I tried the 1.4.1 package... even before I posted to the list. I don't think it worked. I removed all USB extensions before installing it, and I rebooted afterwards.

Well, then... I suppose I'll have to deal with IOGear's tech support on Monday, even though I hear they are kinda clueless...
