I have re-installed iTunes 2.0.4 on my PTP (OS 9.1) with 704 Megs of RAM, on
a 7200 RPM IDE Drive running off an Acard 66 PCI card. There are about 8,000
cuts in the library, so I haven't exceeded design capacity of the software
but I cannot import anything else. The application just stops working,
although a forced quit will get me back to the Finder.
Has anyone else had a problem like this?
Prior to re-iinstalling, I scrapped the preferences for iTunes and restarted
without any success. Everything else seems to function fine. I just can't
import anything else.
