The intrinsic ability to perform on a Window's platform is not present. 
What those that ask for the Mac experience on a PC will get is a desktop
that "looks" like a Mac OS but still runs like a Windows system.

As, for that matter, all of Apple's very first computers indicate what
Apple has tried to be about... breaking the hold of static memory chips....
small processors run efficiently can be just as effective as continuously
making processor bigger and bigger...
