would mean replacing their entire editing suite, hardware *and* software...

Premiere 5, 6.0, 6.5 is still available for Mac. I learned the ropes with
version 5.

Let me look again for the news of Pixar's decision.

At a recent Premiere Pro Demo at the Pittsburgh SBE Exhibition we were told that Apple would not provide the code needed for Premiere Pro
versions to utilize OS X.x.x and QT 6..


I just started recently with Premiere 5.5 on my 9600.

Also isn't Pixar still run by Steve Jobs ? Why would he let Pixar use anything but a Mac ?
