I only use OS 9.2.? on the partition I reserved for use as Classic with
Jaguar. I use 9.1 when I am not "in" Jag.

If you used "OS 9 Helper" to get into the OS 9.2 bracket, you undoubtedly installed the whole package which brings you to OS 9.2.2. No need for the "?" I think.

And you don't explain by what reasoning you assume that a Jaguar compatible OS 9.2.2 should not be equally compatible and all-round nice to have when you've booted directly into your OS 9 partition/volume.
