Hi all Just picked up a G3 266. And I am having a few little hic-ups with the new addition.
When booting it seems to forget the hdd system folders address and I need to reboot with extensions off and then select the hdd with the startup disk software and reboot . This is not happening all the time only every Three or four restarts. The specs are 266 cpu 384 ram 512kb cache and a rev A rom (Can this be swapped out or is it a total board thing) 12gb hdd standard apple 24x cd rom and scsi 100mb zip. It is a nice setup and for the price was a steal. I want to use this as my main desktop and replace the 8100/g3 I have at the moment, so any help is welcome.
