Well, I have not changed any ram or HD. I pulled everything I could (paper
tray, toner cart, etc) and checked for paper jams. When I turned the
printer on, still got the blinking lights. I got her set up printing to
another printer on the network, and pulled the 16/600 and set it aside
while I ran some errands.

I got back, pulled and reset everything again, and now it is working fine.

I guess I need to keep an eye out on the swap list for some toner for the
Select 360 to keep it as a spare.

Thanks for the offer of the screen shots, Nancy, but at this point it can
wait until tommorow.
