I'm also opposed. If we add even the minimum suggested tag ("[PCI]"), 
that will add 6-7 characters to every subject. Those subscribers who 
are reading on smaller displays will not be able to distinguish 
subjects. There is no workaround for them.

There is a workaround for those who can't figure out how to use email 
filters.
