5400 is fine, but the 5500/225mhz board is a real nice upgrade. When buying, make sure it has the PCI slot riser card. Or, I guess your 5200 would have one of those already. Just transfer it over.

I believe that you can shove the logic board from a 6300 (not much of an improvement), a 6360 (essentially a 6400), a 6400, or a 6500 into the 5200 chassis. You would have to fiddle with the back plane to make it match the chassis.
