In this case the latter, which is best opened with popups suppressed, has it
defined. Uninterruptible Power Supply seems to be the relevant one. I don't
think Ultraviolet Particle Sizer or Ultraviolet Photoemisson Spectroscopy or
Ultraviolet Photoelectron Spectroscopy would be so useful in protecting
against spikes and surges. (But then, if Dan is right and a religious
argument is being had, it is open to anyone to claim such)
