If you must use NS go to bookmarks/manage bookmarks/ and the bookmarks for default window should appear. Look at the DESKTOP file menu and choose Import. The bookmarks should come in a separate folder... If you have difficulty with this, try importing the NS4 into icab say and then doing what I suggest to import into NS^ (from icab)...
