Finally figured out how to get my bookmarks from NS 623 into iCab 297.
I had renamed the recent NS 623 bookmarks file (for archive purposes). I thought that bookmark file would not be the one that opens up with NS each time, but it is.
I simply dragged that file from NS into iCab, then renamed it, and now I have most of the bookmarks from NS. For some reason, there must be a limit with how many bookmarks you can drag over into iCab, because about 15 of the last bookmarks did not transfer, but that is acceptable.
Well, if you're feeling particularly brave, you can manually edit bookmark files in a text editor, cut and paste and find and replace (as needed) and then save.
As always, work on copies in case Something Awful happens.
I've done this in the past and if you're careful, you should have no troubles. Remember, "UNDO" is your VERY good friend in this case.
