The 5500 board IS the 6500 board. You can get anything up to 300MHz in that
department but the 2-slot PCI riser wont fit. The memory limit sticks unless
you are lucky enough to have these rare 128MB DIMM's that seem to work -
I've had no success myself.

The 5500/6500 board comes in 225, 250, 275 and 300MHz variations, of which
the 275 and 300MHz models should have a 512k L2 Cache Card.
