There are 128 MB DIMMs that work in a Gazelle board?! Tell me more... 8-)

Is there any particular quality they have -- organization, banks, refresh,
etc.?

Just FWIW, I have a 6500/250 that has a 512k cache DIMM, but it might not
have been original, so far as I know, since I bought it at a Salvation
Army store...
