Don't know about the situation in Norway but here in Amsterdam (Nl) you can
find these in every PC-shop (for Windows!). Mail me OffList if you stay in
troubles with finding. Perhaps I have some in my "old-parts-cellar". My last
4400-customer kicked out his 4400 about a year ago. So I have no use for
4400-parts anymore. You can have any part or all for the shippingcosts.

IIRC, yes. I believe the 7220 (= 4400/200) was for the Australian market
only.
