Did you install the driver/control panel for it? IIRC the twin turbo control
panel has some settings to do with scrolling. I don't remember exactly
because I've not been using it under 9.1/9.22 because there are some issues
with certain versions and later MacOS'. Should be fine up to 8.6 with the
latest driver though, unless you pulled it from a 9600, and then that's a
whole different ball game ;-)
